Eric Nicholson

Eric Nicholson is a lifelong resident of Porter County who has spent 20+ years in the food/beverage distribution and transportation industry. Within those years he has held a variety of positions in the areas of delivery, sales, warehousing, planning, logistics, and executive management. He currently lives in Valparaiso with his two children and wife Courtney, who is the founder and CEO of 219 Media Consulting. Eric and Courtney have been involved with The Caring Place in a number of ways over the years including participating as committee members for the recently completed capital campaign. On a personal note, when Eric was 13 years old, he and his family were personally touched by the effects of domestic violence by the tragic loss of his sister Annie. He is humbled and excited at the chance to make a difference in his community and honor his sister’s legacy through continued work with The Caring Place as a member of the board.
